Welcome to lifeSport Fitness, San Jose's premier personal training studio for busy adults over 40 who want to improve their fitness, decrease joint pain, get lean and strong, and slow down the aging process . We have several training options that should work for just about any schedule and any budget. Semi-Private Personal Training

We'll create a custom strength training program tailored to your current fitness level to help you avoid injury while getting stronger, losing body fat and improving mobility. You'll enjoy the benefits of your own custom program while exercising under the watchful eye of a coach in a community setting with up to 3 other members.

Private Personal Training

Work 1-on-1 with a coach while they guide you through a customized program geared to meet you where you are today and take you where you want to go. Your coach will be with you every step of the way to ensure proper form, make adjustments when necessary and help you stay injury free.

Boot Camp

Love working out outdoors? Love the idea of a full body cardio, strength and core workout with a fun group of other like-minded community members? Our high energy, fast-paced early morning outdoor boot camp may be the right thing for you! You'll get leaner, stronger, and faster in a supportive group setting before your busy day starts!

Nutrition Coaching

Need some accountability to eat better and stay healthy as you age? Pairing your fitness program with nutrition coaching will put you on the fast track to achieving your goals. We don't do "diets" at lifeSport Fitness. We coach you to fuel your body correctly for sport, life and longevity. Our nutrition coaching program pairs you with a dedicated nutrition coach who will work with you to develop a sustainable eating plan tailored to your needs.

We are experts at getting you MORE results in LESS time! We maximize your results by making every second count in our professionally designed personal training programs as well as our boot camp program.

Accountability

Because we run on an appointment-only basis, your workout time is reserved just for you—showing up becomes a commitment, not a maybe. In our boot camp classes, we keep the roster small so we can give personalized attention and know when you're missing. We're not a drop-in, do-it-yourself gym; we prepare for you in advance, so when arrive, your coach is ready and waiting. That level of preparation means you're not just a name on a schedule—you’re someone we’re expecting and invested in. Our clients often tell us that knowing someone is counting on them to show up keeps them more consistent than they’ve ever been.

Community

We’re kind of like the “Cheers” of fitness studios in San Jose — we're a place where everybody knows your name. You’ll see the same friendly faces when you come to work out — not a new group of strangers each day. You’ll get to know your fellow lifeSport Fitness community members and you’ll find it motivating to work out alongside other like-minded busy Silicon Valley professionals.
